Clevedon is a gorgeous historic manor house with beautiful grounds and indoor spaces. There is an undeniable warmth to the venue making it perfect for a winter wedding in the English countryside.

This Christmas wedding drew beautiful inspiration from the season itself, embracing a refined winter palette of crisp whites, icy blues and silver. A timeless colour palette capturing the magic of December.

Getting Ready in the Bridal Suite at Clevedon Hall

The morning began in the beautiful bridal suite at Clevedon Hall. It’s a wonderful space filled with natural light that makes it the perfect place to prepare for your wedding day.

At our bride’s trial our bride shared that she wanted her bridal hair and makeup to be luxury and flawless, while embracing the essence of winter. We went for a beautiful glam look, flawless skin and accentuated eyes. To bring a festive touch, we added a deep red lip and a hint of sparkle, because what is a Christmas wedding without red and shimmer?

To complete the look, we styled her hair with a gorgeous bridal alice band designed by @victoriapercival_accessories , the perfect finishing touch to elevate this winter bridal glam.

A very merry Christmas wedding ceremony at Clevedon Hall

The ceremony took place in the gorgeous Great Hall, the most popular ceremony location at Clevedon. Ricky Paul Flowers did the most fantastic job transforming the space, curating a beautiful floral installation that lined the aisles with whites, blues and foliage to match the winter theme.

The Grounds at Clevedon Hall

Following the ceremony, the couple took advantage of the breathtaking grounds surrounding Clevedon Hall. Even in December, the gardens looked amazing, setting the perfect backdrop for some post ceremony photographs.

Heather Bailey, the photographer for the couples day did a wonderful job capturing all those special moments. Heather knows Clevedon Hall like the back of her hand so if you’re set on Clevedon she could be a great photographer for your wedding day.

A Festive Reception at Clevedon Hall

We are always blown away by the beauty of table scapes at weddings and this celebration was no exception. The tablescape perfectly reflected the spirit of a Christmas wedding while maintaining a luxury editorial edge.

Every detail worked in harmony from the florals designed by Ricky Paul Flowers, to the stationery and tablewear designed by Ananya Cards.
